Return & Refund Policy

At BeddingMaxx, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of most items within 14 days of receipt and will reimburse return shipping costs (proof of payment required).

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags (if applicable) are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order after your return is approved.
